This shows how much he cares about fighting... Im getting worried about picking him against Hammill... Come on Rampage get your head in the game.

Rampage has always been my favorite fighter, just for the great personality and unpredictability he brings to the octogon. But lately the unpredicatble aspect of him is wheter he will be in shape or not. He is a dangerous dude and i can genuinely see him making another decent run at the title if he gets his mind in the game. But i think he sees these new younger dudes coming up like jones and davis and probably doesnt have the confidence and is looking for pay cheques while he can still get them.

Please Rampage... do it for your fans

This doesn't surprise me.. he has never been mentally in the fight game.  He'll beat Hammil with TDD, but I don't see him making a run at the title again.

It's a back and forth battle. After he made the A-team he was all about  movies, then he had all the movie press prior to a fight and he didn't like movies, now he wants to make more money and do movies. **** man just make up your mind and get on with it.

Rampage is undoubtedly talented enough to make another run at the title. I think the only things that are really holding him back is his training camp, his attitude, and his drive to compete.

@bklettke... i completely agree with you, his camp is completely holding him back, he has nothing going for him in england really, and his attitude and drive have to go back in time about three years.

Its kinda funny but i think that if he makes a good movie he will be gone for ever, for as long as he makes bad films he will keep fighting. Kinda like 50 Cent

I don't blame Rampage here...If he can make more money making movies then fighting why not persue that...its not gonna take close to the toll fighting will on his body as he ages...Rampage is 32 and has been fighting since 1999 thats a long time to fight for a living

Now I feel a little more confident in picking Hamill to win this fight.

I'm not on board with you guys on the Hamill pick.  Despite the concerns over Jackson's level of motivation I think he still holds an advantage just about everywhere the fight goes.

Hamill at 34 is 2 years older than Jackson, as a side note.  Only pointing that out because with Hamill not having been around the sport as long, the assumption might be that he's younger than the veteran Jackson.

I think the remaining card is still pretty good. Some intriguing fights.

rampage is an old 32 with all the wars he has been in the pride years. hamill has had around 12 fights and still young at heart. hamill is hungry while rampage is not focused. i'll take the guy who i know will give 100%. one common opponent is jardine. very similar results i think.

Hamill dosen't give me the "hunger" vibe. He just seems content to be where he is and while Jackson hasn't been 100% focused, I still think he's going to get the KO.

This fight will tell is where Jackson's mentallity is.

did you see hamill's reaction when he won that fight with munoz with the head kick. he went crazy. they had to calm him down b/c munoz was in that akward position on the cage. they did not know if he was seriously hurt. i think it has to do with him being deaf that he does not give off that vibe of hungr you talk about. i could tell in the jardine fight that he pushed and willed himself to victory. i think he broke his hand in the early round vs jardine too.

As a huge Hamill fan, this is good news for me.  Hamill is going to bring it, and if Rampage doesn't get focused it shouldn't be unheard of that Hamill walks away the winner.
