Sean Patrick Flannery

I generally enjoy this movies he's been in, including the obvious Boondock Saints. I knew from th UG that he's into BJJ (black belt, no less), but just noticed in a recent flick of his that he has some legit cauli ear going on his left side. Seems like a cool guy with cool hobbies, but would love to see him explaining the progression of that over the years with his agent. One of those vignettes that pops into your mind that would be interesting to see.

So, apparently the lead in this is a bjj black belt as well. Method man is in it too -  good flick so far. It's called sinners and saints.

Believe it or not, but Ed O'Neil (aka Al Bundy) is a BJJ black belt as well.

I've mentioned this before but my former Jiu Jitsu professor met him in Toronto while training for a fight (I think Sean was filming something and getting some training in) long story short Sean was going to come to our club when he was out west but it never materialized unfortunately.

Ed O'neil isn't just a GJJ BB, he was training BJJ before the UFC came around. He's known as "Uncle Ed" to several of the Gracies. Can you imagine getting choked out cold by Al Bundy?!

Ya I've seen Ed O'Neil at Gracie seminars online with Rener and Rorion.

i always enjoyed ed oneil when he was playing a a non comical role the best...sounds like a good movie
