Since it's a slow day in the world of MMA, I thought it would be cool to talk about Tapology and ourselves.. anything at all regarding the same.  I'll get a brief start going..

I live in PA, am 30 and have been a fan of MMA since I was a teenager.  Work for the railroad and rarely ever miss an event regardless of promotion/stature.  I like Tapology b/c of the environment it fosters.  I wish we could edit/delete our posts... maybe have categories of threads for the forums, but all in all, I appreciate the type of place this is thus far.

Anyone catch Lights Out, that's a great show, sadly cancelled now. The main character is a boxer who has an underground fight with Bas Rutten.

My user name is from an episode of King of Queens, he jumps in a cold pool on a hot day and shouts yyyyyyaspaa. I later found that he says Yuspa which is one of the producers surnames, by then though I'd already been using Yaspaa for quite a while, so stuck with it. The avatar is from the 1985 movie No Retreat No Surrender.

well its official im gonna have to check out new spartacus.  I found 300 meets gladiator meets hbo sex with xena tits to be the best description of season one.  I rather enjoyed the first couple episodes of spartacus season 1 but they did get steadily better!
So game of thrones only has one episode? Are the books called the same thing? I might have to go look for the books.   Speaking of books made into shows, i dont care how lame it is i watched the first 2 seasons of true blood then read all the books, for lame vampire **** it was pretty good.

Game of Thrones is the name of the first book in George R.R. Martin's amazing A Song of Ice and Fire series. There have been four published so far, and there will be seven in total once the series is finished. The first season will deal with the first book, and each subsequent season will deal with subsequent books. The pilot was so well received by critics and viewers that the second book has already been green-lit by HBO.

As for what it's about, the title says it all. Intrigue, battles, murder, sex, politics, all set against a very realistic and unique medieval setting with fantasy elements, such as dire wolves and mysterious creatures north of "The Wall". Bottom line, it's going to be the best premium series produced to date, on any network, mark my words. It will surprise the hell out of you if you give it a chance.

Total Recall is seriously dated now, but when it first came out it was epic.

Very epic at the time!  How about The Running Man?  Commando?  All Arnolds movies from that little era were good.

I'm was a huge Arnold fan back in the day. I even loved Twins, Raw Deal and Last Action Hero, but Total Recall just didn't do it for me.
