Predicted Bendo, but thought Frankie edged it out.

This is Machida/Shogun I all over again.

Thumbs UP if you thought Ben Henderson won.

Thumbs DOWN if you thought Edgar won.

My guess is more will vote down with Edgar but I can handle the thumbs.

I was leaning Edgar, but you have to BEAT the champ to get his belt.

I agree you do have to beat the champ...

That's why Henderson shouldn't be wearing that belt.

People are makign a bit too much of this (Shogun/MAchida 1) all over again, this fight was as close to a draw as you can possibly get without it being a draw. Every single round Benson landed more significant strikes, overall landed more strikes. Edgar got 2 TDs, had very good control when he got them and went for 2 submission attempts compared to Bensons 1. That in no way is a robbery.

I am a little surprised at the backlash of this decision. Personally, I don't think many people at all scored it like I did. Nonetheless, I shall go back and re-watch the fight tomorrow or sometime this week.

Round 1: 10-9 Henderson
Round 2: 10-9 Edgar
Round 3: 10-10 Draw
Round 4: 10-9 Henderson
Round 5: 10-10 Draw
Total: 49-48 Henderson.

I realize I am probably going to get down arrowed to hell for this, but if it's any consolation, I could see the fight being a draw or even swinging in favor of Edgar. The last three rounds were pretty ambiguous for me.

@Swickotine Yes they can.  Where the hell'd you hear they can't score 10-10?
From www.ufc.com:  The 10-Point Must System will be the standard system of scoring a bout. Under the 10-Point Must Scoring System, 10 points must be awarded to the winner of the round and 9 points or less must be awarded to the loser, except for a rare even round, which is scored (10-10).

10-10's are obviously rare but they do exist in MMA. In my initial viewing, the third round was just that close where it warranted a 10-10. I do plan to watch the match again and perhaps a third time. So, the final opinion might potentially change, but it's a draw for me in the first viewing of the bout.

48-47 for Edgar.

I've watched the fight twice now, and I came up with the same score as the first time I watched the fight. The 2nd time I watched the fight, I watched on mute to make sure that I wasn't being swayed by Joe Rogan's commentary.

I said either 49-46 or 48-47 Edgar. Even though I felt that Edgar won, I don't feel that it was decisive. So, I somewhat disagree that he got "robbed", simply that it was a bad call. A lot of times in situations like this, if the challenger doesn't definitively defeat the champion, they'll give a close decision to the champ no matter if the other guy barely won. Don't agree but that's the way the cookie crumbles, I guess.
