I think this is funny due to the fact that he'll get demolished by Chael, but he has the balls to say that Marquardt "**** the bed" every time he faced a contender.
Who the hell has Bisping beat? He robbed Hammill of a decision and ran for his life from Leben while he love-tapped his way to victory.
He's had 3 big fights:
Rashad - Loss
Hendo - Loss
Wand - Loss
Why is he even relevant in the UFC?

Love or hate the fight style, he has built an 11 - 3 record in the UFC. That said I think Chael would ruin his world, but a Nate fight could be pretty interesting if Bisping could keep it standing.

I personally think he should have won the fight silva.

Nate is 10-4 in the UFC, losing to good fighters [Silva, Okami, Sonnen, Leites - well he has good BJJ]. He outstruck Kampmann, knocked out Maia, submitted Jeremy Horn and outclassed Gouveia. With that being said, he would destroy Bisping. Greg Jackson will come up with the perfect gameplan for Nate to beat Bisping.

As long as a fight with Nate was deemed a #1 contender fight Nate would handle Bisping pretty easily....As for Sonnen/Bisping it'll be a long night for Bisping getting beat up on the ground

I love how "Nate sh** his pants every time he got a title or number one contender shot" as bisping lost to Wand, Hendo, and Rashad.

Bisping has beated (some say not) Hamil, who is a bigger stronger wrestler than Sonnen.

I think Marquardt/Bisping is a very intriguing matchup. Bisping could very well outpoint him on the feet as i'm sure he's just as quick as Nate. As for a fight with Sonnen, if Chael fights like he has against Nate and Anderson, i think Bisping is in for a long night. The fight with Wanderlei could've been declared a draw, it was that close IMO. Rashad didn't do much to him other than hold him down on the mat either. Despite his latest antics and my dislike for him, Bisping is a very talented fighter.

Comparing Matt Hamill's wrestling ability to Chael Sonnen's is like comparing Rashad's BJJ Black Belt to Roger Gracie's... Really no comparison.

No comparison? They're both wrestlers. No comparison is like a dog and a space ship. Sonnen might be a more talented wrestler, but Hamill is bigger and stronger, Hamill walks around at 220lbs, and that makes a difference. I'm not attacking Sonnen in any way either, regardless of his cheating and criminal ways.

Bisping plays the part but he's intelligent enough to know what he's getting into by calling out chael.  Bisping probably wants to take advantage of two things Chael is gaurnteed to bring - Trash talk, and Takedowns.  A Chael Sonnen Trash talk campaign will get his fights noticed beyond any of his other fights, and Chael Sonnen Takedowns will ironically put Sonnen at his most vulnerable position for someone with a good underrated gaurd like Bisping.

I believe Bisping is starting to embrace his inner heel. That would be a smart move b/c a fight with Sonnen would generate interest and a bigger payday.

I say Sonnen hands down. People really dislike Bisping for some reason and Sonnen is one of the few fighters where blatantly outrageous trash talk actually gains him fans for being crazy over the top.  Even if you don't like Chael, by the end of this trash talk campaign, he will be convinced you that Bisping is the devil.  That man can sell water to Poseidon.

Both can get annoying but at least Chael can be funny, also I see Chael grinding Bisping out.

Personally, I really don't care for either.  I think they are both tools, but Sonnen does come to fight.  I don't know if he can finish Bisping, but I can definitely see him grinding out a decision.

Congrats to @Beastmaster on the purple belt!  Personally, I would love to see this fight so I could actively cheer for a double KO as these are my two least favorite fighters.  In reality, Sonnen would take Bisping to the mat and pound on him and Bisping does not have the submission chops to catch Chael like Babalu, Filho, Maia, Anderson, the list goes on...Sonnen by decision.

First of all, the reason Bisping is "relevant" is because the UFC gives him cans because he is British, and having a "good" fighter makes more british people watch UFC. He would get destroyed by Hamill.

And the comparison between Sonnen and Hamill is absurd. Sonnen is one of the best wrestlers in MMA, Hamill is a middle of the line fighter. He may be lightheavyweight, but he has nothing on Chael, Sonnen would throw him around the octagon.

Also, Chael can and will destroy Bisping, it would be a beating.

I think a fight between Chael and Bisping would be closer than a lot of people think. I by no means like Bisping, but I have come to respect how much his game is improving. He has recently shown some great tdd and quick crisp striking. If he could keep the fight standing, I think he'd have a good chance to beat Sonnen. I don't think he'd finish him, but, he might out jab and out point him to a ud.

If I was Joe Silva, Bisping would be fighting Nate and that's that. The match-up makes perfect sense considering where they are both at in the pecking order right now.

But if he gets Chael, he'll regret it.
