I'm no doctor. Maybe there is someone on this site that can chime in. Can you use a urine cleanser that works so well that it cleans that thoroughly? I can't imagine someone thinking that fake piss could pass for these kinds of tests.

He says the adulterant was used to cover up pain medication, but who knows what he was covering up?
He's already proven his dishonesty by altering the sample, so I don't believe a word he says anyway. Maybe it was pain med, maybe it was juice, but it always sounds better to say it was pain med.
The sample was already compromised, so they're never going to know exactly what substances were in it.

I defenetly agree with geezhound. Which is super disappointing because Silva's a great fighter. He looked huge and absolutely dominant in his fight against Vera. Vera even stated in an interview how supprised he was at Thiagos strength (possible excuse for an embarrassing loss) and combined with the fact that he denied allegations/ kept quiet for so long, dosent paint a very good picture for Silva. Their is no way of knowing forsure what he took, deep down inside I hope its not juice but I can never be sure, thus this defenetly makes me lose a ton of respect for Thiago.
