Besides Brazilians and Americans. Have there been any champs from other countries? I know Cain is Mexican, but I mean from actually from other countries.

Cain is Mexican American. GSP is Canadian, Andrei Arlovski, former ufc hw champ is from Belarus, Fedor is from Russia

The UFC alone has had champions of nine different nationalities. This includes USA, Brazil, Canada, UK, Japan, Belarus, Mexico, Russia, and the Netherlands. Check Wikipedia for in depth details.

Also Cain Velasquez was born in Salinas, California not Mexico.

You can't really be "Mexican" without being at least born in Mexico. I mean he has Mexican heritage, but that doesn't really make him Mexican.

if i'm not mistaken, Ricco Rodriguez is part puerto rican and part mexican.
Sakuraba is a UFC tournament winner.

Damn, USA is overwhelmingly the top. I was kind of surprised by that. The more I think of it though, the more obvious it seems.
