Seriously, he hasn't won a fight since 2006. Nobody wants to see him fight Mark Coleman, Chuck Liddell, or Rogerio. I just can't understand why he's still in the UFC. Hopefully Bader can knock him out and that'll be the end of it.

he probably paid Dana to allow him to fight again.

He's still one of the most well-known MMA fighters, but this is probably his last chance.

I have never been a Tito fan, but as Gregory mentioned he is still one of the most well known MMA fighters, thus he's a draw. Hardcore fans all recognize he is no longer a top lhw, but to the masses he is still a name recognizable and a reason to buy tickets or ppv, thats why he has been around so long despite his differences with Dana. Also, although I hate to admit it, he is still a great fighter. Yess he has not had a win since 2006, but he has also been quite competitive against high level LHWs, fought to a draw with a at the time undefeated (and yess inexperianced) Rashad Evans, went 3 rounds with Machida (didnt look his greatest) fought hard battles against Hamil and Griffin. Despite being a game competitor for years I recognize that it is time for him to go and what better way then to get Ground and Pounded out (fingers crossed) by Bader!

I've had casuals ask me if Tito was still the "champ" within the last year. His name has stay-power and that's why he's still there, but no name-weight will save him from the chopping block if he loses again.

This Tito vs Bader fight is such a mismatch. Bader will destroy him. And by destroy I mean boringly grind him out for three rounds while I sleep. I hope Tito ducks Bader like he ducked Nog so I don't have to witness this matchmaking travesty.

Ortiz is getting destroyed in this fight...I bet he faked an injury hoping to avoid Lil Nog....too bad for him that Bader is likely a worse situation for him.  Walking papers for Ortiz after a 3rd unanimous win for Bader

It's too bad Bader gets to do it......I would have loved to see Chuck knock him out of the UFC. Oh well, after his loss to Bader, maybe we'll get Ortiz vs Shamrock 4? I have to admit....I'd watch it just for the pre-fight trash talk.

Tito is still in the UFC because he is still a name and still a draw. Despite all of Tito's losses recently it's not as bad as it would seem. He has losses to guys like Forrest (Split Decision), Machida, and Hammill both by decision. Then he drew Rashad because he lost a point for grabbing the fence. Tito could still beat a lot of fighters in the UFC unfortunately for Tito his pay grade is too high to face fighters like that. Just to get an idea of Tito's popularity I was in Vegas a while back and went to a weigh-in for a fight. While walking through the Casino I ran into Thiago Silva who was talking with a few of his corner men tons of other people walk by and didn't notice him, I was able to walk up wish him luck and shake his hand. Despite all the **** talk and booing we hear for Tito when he walked out he was swarmed with people asking for his autograph, he was nice enough to take time and sign them for a long time. Of course this was a while ago and his popularity may have slipped by now.

I don't like to disrespect guys. I mean Tito is a legend.
But honestly, I'm just not interested in seeing him fight anymore.

It's definitely the casual fans that are the reason he's still around. Just reading your posts its obvious the hardcore fans have little excitement in Tito fighting again. I think Bader will grind him right out of the Octagon.
