So basically it says...due to a persistent knee problem, Anderson might have to pull out. They say Bisping is ready to step in if needed.

I am sick with disappointment if this doesn't happen. I'm an MMA fan, too. I hate this crap as much as everyone else. But I did caution that this might happen. There are several other things that I fear and dread will happen but am afraid if I verbalize them, everyone will hate on me as if I'm jinxing stuff.

i think they're safe, karma's already ****** 'em over by that judge screw up that prevented the 4th round from happening.
By the way, if that 4th round happened I'm sure Mighty Mouse vs Uncle Creepy I would've been one of the top 10 greatest fights of all-time, I'm sure of it.

Ground training and maybe TDs and TDD. Going for, or defending TDs is a GREAT way to get badly injured quickly. Some fighters don't even waste the energy defending them so if you look at their numbers they appear to suck, but they just prefer to save the energy and focus their abilities on reversals and subs. I am one of those guys.
