As for Jones the guy is a monster. He has removed from hyped contender to proven champion. He's they youngest champion in UFC history and so far has looked unstoppable.

Shogun v Griffin II would be sweet, I think Shogun would be a much more formidable opponent in the second fight. Also would love to see Shogun vs Thiago Silva, think that would be a great stand up war!
