Prediction: wrong Walker wrong Submission wrong Round 1
R1- Walker got the better of the little stand up there was...got slammed, but worked for a sub the entire time on the bottom...got 2 trip takedowns and ended in mount on one...Got swept right at the end of the round- 10-9 Walker
R2- Walker again gets the better of the stand up...End up on the ground where Walker is again working for subs the entire time and gets the back briefly...Rossignol ends up in front headlock position as the round ends- 10-9 Walker (would be 10-9.5) 20-18 Walker
R3- Rossignol controls pretty much the entire round...Walker fails a couple sweep attempts-10-9 Rossignol
I give Walker the 29-28 decision, because he was more active on the bottom the first 2 rounds working for subs and sweeps then Rossignol was working from the top

IMO it was a clear 29-28 for Walker... but I guess the judges were looking at the top position and not giving him credit for all his near submissions.
