He really did try to grease up, and he was grabbing the shorts on takedowns and when he punched Chael...still though Anderson is just the best. Make one mistake and it's over...still alot of props to Chael for making this the biggest fight ever.

Have to give Anderson his due. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. And he was classy in victory. That being said, I'm absolutely devastated over the loss for Sonnen. This is pretty much the most emotionally invested I have ever been for any fight. I will continue to make my picks for the Conquering Lions, but I am retiring from forum activity indefinitely. I will miss you all.

I saw it like how the 5th round of Shogun vs Hendo.

Chael got guard and had Anderson on his back for almost the full 5 and almost a minute had full mount. position was the key in the first round.
