Tattoos

Can someone tell me what page's left shoulder tattoo means? it looks like a very broken cross but I'm not sure if it's suppose to be that or if it's the logo for a company now? He had it on his shorts as well and Carlos Condit had it on his mouthpiece when he beat Dan Hardy. Also it's always a red cross on a yellow backround.

I believe that it's the emblem from the New Mexico state flag. According to 50states.com/flag, the symbol  " is an ancient sun symbol of a Native American people called the Zia. The Zia believed that the giver of all good gave them gifts in groups of four. These gifts are:
