Adrian "Rayo" Sanchez is an MMA fighter from Cape Town, South Africa. Born in Cape Town, he is the first of his family to be Spanish-South African. He started his fighting career as an armature in 2016 under the coaching and guidance of Angelo and Neville Addinall, the father-son coaching pair that own and run the ProFitness Gym (PFC Gym) in Bothasig, Cape Town.

Adrian has competed in Boxing, Kickboxing/K1 and MMA as an amateur fighter, winning most fights by TKO/KO. The only stoppage loss he received in his entire career was via rear naked coach against Sheldon Victor. Other losses have come via decision. 
He made the move to professional MMA  in April 2019 at EFC 78, where he won via TKO 18 seconds into the 2nd round. He continues his career for the African promotion as a lightweight fighter. 

He has achieved the level of black belt in kickboxing. Along with his stand up experience, he has trained in jujitsu and wrestling. He is a well rounded fighter and has the ability to adapt to any situation in a fight. He is also know as one of the toughest fighters in the lightweight division in the EFC. He is also recognized as one of the top fighters in Cape Town.
