Really? 2x NJCAA all-american 1998 NJCAA HW national champion 2x Big 10 HW champion 2x Division 1 all american 2000 Division 1 HW national champion 106-5 overall as a college wrestler? I dont think all he had was his weight,

But welcome man! Hope you find a spot you can enjoy here on Tapology!

i second everything soccer said.... brock lesnar was a BEAST, but he was tamed by the combination of diverticulitis and a weak(ish) chin.

I was never a fan of Brock, but it was nice to see him learning from his mistakes and bettering himself as a fighter, i have nothing against him as a fighter or a person.

Frank Mir described it pretty well, don't quite remember what he said. Something like, 'He is kind of a one trick pony...but his one thing is nearly unstoppable.'

@Prodigy I agree with you, I was also never a fan, but I respect the fact that he came in late, and every fight you could see him developing his skills, and imo if he wouldn´t gotten sick he could have been a great fighter.

But in all of his fights the only time that i saw him use any kind of skills other than wrestling was in his sub vitcory against Carwin, all other wins was beacause of his size and wrestling. Never understood how ppl said he was the best.

i was NEVER a fan of brocks, in fact the most jacked i ever got was after ufc 100 when brock beat mir (top 3 fav fighter).... but also, brock did AMAZING things for the sport.... remember espn coverage of ufc BEFORE ufc 91? I DONT!!! but the build up to lesnar vs couture was SICK, and then he main evented the biggest show in ufc history at ufc 100.... while he's no nog or mir or fedor in terms of skills, brock was a HUGE (pun intended) success for ufc and the fans

@jersey I agree I was never a fan of his and was so happy when shane was owning him and Cain finished him, but there is no doubt he helped bring alot of new fans to the sport.

I never got overly excited to watch Lesnar, anymore than I did Bob Sapp back in the day.
