I think it's because Belbita isn't very good overall, and has a lot of submission losses. KK not a great grappler but I think it's an advantage she could potentially exploit, which is why people are going so hard on KK by sub.

I think Belbita is roughly as good as Juarez, Herrig and Demopolus, Karolina is better then that, but not by much, and she getting older and close to having all the wheel fall off
