It might be something like this:
If you saw the fighter backstage at a UFC event, and you said your post to them, would they:
a) Laugh
b) Tell you to **** off, but walk away
c) Get in your face and dare you to say it again
d) Immediately throw down
If the answer is C or D, you are probably not being at least slightly respectful.

The two titles fights are amazing, both of them.
Moreno vs Pantoja is absolute gold and will probably be more competitive than Volk vs Yair, but Yair is so unpredictible, he can totally lose 3 or 4 entire rounds then land an absurd spinning back knee from nowhere. And his performance vs Holloway, while he lost, was a really encouraging sign of maturity, so I really can't wait to see if he can produce any kinf of magic against the P4P best.
I perfectly understand why people are making fun about Du Plessis (even I have better striking technique than him) and picking Whittaker as a"lock". But that foolish style absolutely works against elite competition, and while we can say DDP just has a lucky puncher's chance here, isn't this mess of a style the better way to land one ? Plus, he is tough as nails and Whittaker can be hurt... I absolutely won't bet on DDP but I don't expect a one way traffic here. At the very least a messy brutal battle where the more talented fighter (obviously Whittaker) will have trouble to impose his will on a mad fool.
I'm not that high on Hooker anymore, but this is at least a competitive matchup and the guy is never boring to watch.
Menifield vs Crute rematch is a fun idea, and if the first fight was an indication, it will be violent and goofy and unpredictible while it lasts (probably not very long).
And I saw some people saying Lawler hasn't looked good in years, but I disagree. Nick Diaz shouldn't be fighting anymore, but Lawler looked great in that performance. Even his last fight, a loss agaisnt Barbarena (a decent and respected opponent), was competitive (he dominated the first round and hurt Barbarena multiple times before fading) and earned Fight Of The Night honors.
Who better than the inconsistant but ultra fun Price to offer him his last competitive dance after such an amazing career ?
And The late Taira fight was a really nice surprise.
This card is so good (and also UFC 291 just after that is a gem) that they had to inflict us the ugliest card of the decade just after that : Holm vs Da Silva is probably the first UFC since I'm a real fan (around 2010) I won't even bother to watch at all.
