bonfim makes more mistakes than parsons
and michael morales isnt a perfect fighter either
yea both guys have more hype and finish potential
but preston is technically better on the mat. he would confuse them on the mat
and on the feet it would be competitive but preston would edge them as he goes everywhere and shown to be defensively sound. they would have to hope to ko preston. that is the only way either of them would beat preston. meanwhile preston can win by ko/sub/dec. way more well-rounded

Some will call that confidence, but not me. I feel pretty confident in saying Blanchfield would beat Murphy too and probably sub her.
If Andrade was a little more patient she at minimum gets a fight with Esparza if not just a rematch with Weili. That tells me she doesn't see Blanchfield as much of a threat, saw main event money and said "sure no problem".
Add in the fact she might have an injury (?) and there's just no question for me. Blanchfield all the way.

And more than that this is a fade on his opponent who truly looks awful.
A lot of people seemed worried about his cardio after the Loosa fight but that was a high elevation and I don't expect another cardio dump like that.
Finally the narrative. There is no doubt who the UFC want to push here. The other guy should not even be in the UFC imo
