Anthony Smith was 4-6.
It's been like 10 pages now of someone periodically referencing Sadykhov finishing an 0-3 fighter in the 3rd....instead of in like the first 60 seconds or something. It was his 6th fight for crying out loud. Not everybody is a phenom and runs through "everyone their supposed to beat". That's the entire point of taking fights like that early on: for experience. There's tons of fighters with really bad records who can still be a tough night at the office for young fighters still gaining pro experience. You also never know if 5 years from now that 0-3 fighter could end up being 11-3 or 12-5 or something and be knocking on the door of the UFC.
Was it a great showing? No. Has he improved a lot since then? Obviously. His next fight after that didn't even last a minute. Elder is a very good test for him in his debut because he's more well rounded than Hassanzada was on DCWS.

Nazim has the same issue he did on the contender. which is he gets pressed into the cage way too much. which tells me he dosent have good footwork
also got dropped in that fight with 0-3 can
also ive seen guys like old journeyman 6-4 do better against this 0-3 guy
and you said it was his 6th fight. you know that was in dec 2021. so 14 months since the fight
its not like it was many years ago.

ive been very impressed by this guy
like legit tell me 1 hole in his game. i cant think of one
good everywhere the fight goes. sweeps, clean wrestling, underrated striker with good counters and head movement.
he has good level of comp
can go a hard 3
hes slept on because he dosent fight that often. but hes the real prospect to look out for
everyones hyping michael morales and gabriel bonfim. but this guy preston is much better than both

Your entire arguement is basically Sadykhov very recently had a hard fight with an 0-3 guy where as Elder lost on short notice up a weight class against a guy you think will be top 15.
It seems to me like youre letting your high opinion of Parsons cloud your judgment on fight that has nothing to do with him.
