yeah i mean i understand why someone might think its cool - it can definitely grow the sport and bring new fans. I would just rather do that by the UFC having events in Kazakhstan, Peru, Spain, etc. or sign more olympic guys like Despaigne - not having more publicity come from rappers or ex disney stars trying their hand at fighting. just my opinion.

@Cozstradamus oh think your confused on what there plans are while yea there will probably be some creators on these MMA cards but there looking at your ex ufc bellator pfl etc types as well if im not mistaken got all the ex ufc fighters always trying reaching out to them in dms lol

@notmisery eh even so, whats the point?? Why do I need to see Tyron Woodley or Ben Askren fight again? If they are out of the UFC/Bellator, it's probably for a reason. Now if they allow legit up and coming fighters the chance to beat the **** out of social media losers, preferably with samurai swords, that may be worth watching - but some social media, Paul brothers, weird gen z ******** circus show - no thanks.

Edit - I'm not trying to be an *******. My disgust is geared towards KSI and the Paul brothers and washed up fighters trying to stay cool by offering to fight C list celebrities. I totally get why someone might consider this legit news.

I’m pretty sure I remember hearing Michael Imperato was also going to get a dwcs shot (very undeserved but he won as like a +700 underdog or something at looking for a fight) but not 100% positive

To your other question — yes, pat is the first confirmed date for dwcs

Is there any confirmed info on the combine at the Mexico PI? I've heard a few rumored names but still no date for when this will take place.

Robelis despaigne is going to fight Waldo Cortes Acosta per his manager. I’ve heard it will be on the St. Louis card but there is no official confirmation yet
