@lobo no, he’s taking the short notice fight to stay active because he could not fight at 270. He said he’s going back to 145 he just wants that win

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 10 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 670 Points   |   Tied for 385th

Volkov vs. Aspinall
Tom Aspinall, TKO, R1
tough fight to pick but Aspinall is the future in my opinion

Allen vs. Hooker
Arnold Allen, DEC
Idk why Hooker can’t get a fight where I see him winning but I feel like I’ve picked against him for the past two years now Arnold will gas by the third tho and hooker can have a chance then doubt it tho

Pimblett vs. Vargas
Paddy Pimblett, DEC
The baddy comes back against easier competition then luigi in my opinion but I think he comes out less aggressive in this one

Nelson vs. Sato
Gunnar Nelson, SUB, R2
My boy gunners back and sato seems to have problems on the ground

Abdurakhimov vs. Pavlovich
Sergei Pavlovich, TKO, R1
Sergei finally returns against an old shamil I think we see a quick ko

Krylov vs. Craig
Paul Craig, SUB, R1
BEARJEW TAKES A LIMB HOME!

Shore vs. Valiev
Jack Shore, DEC
Jack really likes taking tough fights but I think he wins this for sure Jack has looked nothing but spectacular so far

McCann vs. Carolina
Molly McCann, DEC
Meatball for the W!!

Mokaev vs. Durden
Muhammad Mokaev, SUB, R3
Supper excited to see Mokaev make his debut I don’t like durden seems like an ******* and got flying triangled by Jimmy flick I think we see a domination here

Grundy vs. Amirkhani
Mike Grundy, DEC
Makwans better days are behind him in all honesty grundys lost his last two but one was a split with Lando and the other is movsar a very impressive prospect I have to edge Grundy here

Reed vs. McKenna
Cory McKenna, TKO, R3
Elise got dominated by Sarj so I have to pick against her

Wood vs. Morales
Nathaniel Wood, DEC
Both have similar records but Wood is much better overall in my opinion anything can happen but I see wood getting the w mixing in the ground control

Herbert vs. Topuria
Ilia Topuria, SUB, R2
Topuria is a beast and I have no doubts he runs right through Herbert

I think that the situation in this fight is clear that if he goes to the judges cards, Volkov will get it because of the larger volume, but I believe that it will not happen. The problem for Volkov was those who chase the knockout, and at the same time put pressure on him. I believe that Volkov does not have any chin and that he is quite hittable in such situations, when it comes to fluid heavyweight, which also has an excellent head movement. I think they'll squeeze him by the wire and elbow his guard. Throwing in serial combinations while Volkov is with his back to the wire, I think he will force Volkov to lift the double deck and then run into the double leg.
Aspinall has a much faster entrance than Volkov's exit and I think he will knock it out.

Aspinall 1.5 Takedowns + - Tom Aspinall 3RD KO / TKO

I’m very split between Grundy vs amirkhani. Grundy has some high level wrestling but he’s so inconsistent with it. He was able to take down a high level wrestler multiple times in movsar but struggles to even notch one takedown against lando vannata. It’s possible that lando is just really good at 145 (And I think this is likely the case) but still not a great look for Grundy. Then on the amirkhani side you have a known gasser and I do think facing someone who will willingly scramble and wrestle with him, would eventually gas him out. But, like we usually see when two good grapplers fight each other, it could just be a striking match and I would have to favor Grundy

I don't think Volkov is going to be the one to stop Aspinall's current UFC run.  I see him running into problems with Ciryl Gane though if/when they do fight.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 580 Points   |   Tied for 1536th

Volkov vs. Aspinall
Alexander Volkov, TKO, R4
Volkov has been hard as **** to take down since the Blaydes fight, and gave Gane a pretty great fight. He also has an infinite gas tank. He might be shot though, because he looked like **** vs Tybura.

Allen vs. Hooker
Arnold Allen, DEC
Hooker is humongous for the division, but has been especially vulnerable lately. Allen is very well rounded.

Pimblett vs. Vargas
Paddy Pimblett, SUB, R2
Don't know anything about Vargas. Paddy is also kinda ****. Meme win.

Nelson vs. Sato
Gunnar Nelson, SUB, R1
Nelson is a good grappler. Sato is japanese. Voila.

Abdurakhimov vs. Pavlovich
Sergei Pavlovich, TKO, R1
Pavlovich is a ******* gorilla. Nuff said.

Krylov vs. Craig
Paul Craig, SUB, R1
This has the potential to be a great fight. Krylov sometimes gets submitted easily, and sometimes outgrapples Glover! Let's see which one shows up this time.

Shore vs. Valiev
Timur Valiev, DEC
I'm flip flopping on this a lot. Timur is more proven against competition.

McCann vs. Carolina
Molly McCann, DEC
W125 fights are basically pick-ems right now. Dread has a huuuuge size advantage. But Molly has actual boxing skills.

Mokaev vs. Durden
Muhammad Mokaev, SUB, R1
No idea. Don't know these guys.

Grundy vs. Amirkhani
Mike Grundy, DEC
Makwan looks good until he gasses or gets KOd. If I remember correctly, Grundy is a grappler? He could tire out Makwan. Don't know honestly.

Reed vs. McKenna
Cory McKenna, DEC
Cory McKenna is cute as a button.

I'm 100% convinced that I'm going to hear another one of Amirkhanis weird excuses when he loses and finnish media interviews him.
"I drank too much water" "Restaurant food made me feel weird" and then there was some stupid **** about rituals or whatever.

I use 7 bookies and they all offer bets on all the matches, including the russian ones. If the russians aren't allowed to fight last minute we would lose two real bangers and one heavy weight fight, including the main event.

I’m stuck between aspinall and volkov because volkov is notoriously hard to finish and I don’t know how aspinall gas tank holds up past the second round. He’s not gonna be able to take volkov down either because he’s got 100% tdd since putting on 20 extra pounds
