I believe Whittaker said in a interview he was planning on more wrestling and all his tools. So he's definitely gonna try and wrestle alot more. The question is if he will be successful. I don't see it happening

I think Whittaker's wrestling is better than Vettori's. Not my area of expertise at all but that's my 2 cents.

Adesanya vs. Whittaker II
Robert Whittaker, SUB, R4
I think this will turn out to be a very grappling heavy fight. I think Whittaker will spend the entire time working to either clinch or attack the hips/legs of Adesanya until he can get him on the ground. If Israel cannot get back up or defend properly, I think Whittaker will submit him by imposing his will and being an overall better grappler. If Israel cannot win by KO I think he loses this fight, but given how the fight went last time he has a very high chance of winning here.

Lewis vs. Tuivasa
Derrick Lewis, TKO, R1
they're going to brawl and Lewis wins in a brawl against almost every HW imo

Cannonier vs. Brunson
Jared Cannonier, TKO, R1
Brunson is on a good win streak but I think Cannonier hits way too hard for someone that still loves to keep his chin high up in the air. Brunson can definitely win this fight, but I think Jared will catch him and it'll be over quick.

Haqparast vs. Green
Bobby Green, TKO, R3
this will be a fun one no doubt

Interesting that they put Nasrat vs Green on the main card for this one.  Probably going to be a great fight.  I think Nasrat is underrated despite his recent losses to Hooker and Dober.

Hate this fight for Tai, who’s on his way to being my favorite fighter.

Lewis is gonna be happy to trade punches, hits harder, and has a better chin. It’ll be fun while it lasts though.

Adesanya vs Whittaker.

Predictions: 4 of 5 Winners, 2 Perfect, 275 Points   |   Tied for 4240th

I don't usually make predictions that far ahead of a fight, let alone a title fight. It's always better to wait just in case until the last day for weigh-ins and all that. But this time, I'll make an exception.

Israel Adesanya in the fourth round by KO / TKO.

What path does Robert Whittaker have to victory?

1) Decision?
1.1) With a strike: Before a multiple professional Kickboxing world champion like Izzy who takes about 20 cm of arm reach and about 10 cm of leg reach, who weighs the same or even probably even more than him (the body of the Nigerian is quite misleading), which has better displacement in its movement and greater precision in its blows... I think not.
1.2) With wrestling: Although Bob is a national freestyle wrestling champion, his wrestling applied to MMA is not as good as that of Marvin Vettori, who was able to knock Adesanya down in all rounds, but could not control him in any of them. the same.

2. Knockout?
To an Israel that could not be knocked out by Yoel Romero or by Jan Blachowicz even though he did receive good blows to the skull from both fighters, while the Australian, the black practically knocked him out twice when they fought.

3. Submission?
With how hard it is to get The Last Stylebender to the ground, let alone keep him down. Due to his long and flexible limbs, Adesanya has a natural talent in the art of submitting and not submitting, he even trains JJB with a grappling god like Andre Galvao.

Whittaker does not have a clear path to victory having to go through the wild and deadly jungle that is the New Zealander. The first time they fought he tried to apply the Gastelum fight, but he doesn't have Kelvin's boxing and he's not southpaw either. Now he may try to apply the Pole fight, but he has neither the lengths nor the skills to do it.

My guess is that we'll see a more patient, defensive and ground-breaking Rob. That will only make him survive longer, not win. A pity because he is a tremendous fighter, but the anime fanboy has everything to spoil his plans.

PS: I hope my English is understandable, since I am primarily a Spanish speaker.
