They both suck but I feel the match will be determined to whoever touches who first. Harry is a quick starter, so I give it to him. Though I wouldn’t be shocked if he eats **** regardless, wouldn’t be the first time an underdog I betted on had a clear advantage only to ruin all their chances by doing something ******** (**** you Maki Pitolo)

Nobody will remember his name after this ass beating. I wanted to give Belal a chance. I do love betting the underdog, but upon further research, I’d have to agree with the odds and say this is a bad matchup for Belal. His fight IQ is solid, so I don’t doubt he will have a sufficient enough plan to give Thompson a hard time, but my main concern is how much worse he gets each round. I’ve watched his bouts with Good and Lima, and despite those two not even being close to top 15 material, Belal struggled more and more as a bout continued, getting hurt bad by Good in the third and eating more and more leg kicks against Lima. He was also dropped twice by Neal. In fact, Belal’s chin in general is quite suspect. I don’t know if it’s necessarily “bad” but it’s enough to have me think twice. Also, while Stephen’s last fight was honestly quite embarrassing, Belal is nowhere near the level of grappling Burns is. His takedown percentage is very low and his takedowns all consist of the same double legs over and over again. I think Belal will give Thompson a hard time in the start with an eager and rapid pace, but will fall apart and get picked and prodded to a somewhat competitive decision loss.
