It was hard to watch Shogun-Lil Nog 3

Then Shogun said he was gonna continue and look for another fight.

Both men should have retired last night, their 3rd fight. The ending of a trilogy, should have also been the ending to two amazing careers.

Also Rodriguez did more damage to Carla with one punch then Carla did to her the whole fight.

Werdum at 14 % vs. a returning Gus is one of the easiest picks I've made

That Werdum that showed up, he could be champ again. No Mercy from him.

@DamienHandel420

I see what you're saying about Esparza and Werdum. I actually got perfect picks on both of those fights. However I thought Rodriguez won that fight. Not sure how the 1 judge scored the fight 30-27 Esparza. Like really though, how do you give Esparza R1? And I actually thought Rodriquez stole Round 2 as well when Esparza went for the Sub attempt with 30 secs left. I believe the commentators were just saying something along the lines of Esparza winning the 2nd right at the same time she went for the Sub. And just like that Rodriquez did far more damage in those 30 secs than Esparza did the whole Round. And now we are likely to see Esparza 1 win away from a Title Shot and Rodriquez will probably fall out of the top 10. Kinda ridiculous but hey I picked Esparza so I really shouldn't be complaining as long as I got my Fantasy MMA pick right lol

Some fighters should retire...

Predictions: 11 of 15 Winners, 3 Perfect, 690 Points   |   Tied for 1368th

UFC is not for everyone... because you are a mma fighter doesnt mean you belong in the UFC or tougher competitions. Some are good at local regional spots... where its soft competitions.

Older fighters making money to feed family -- Shogun Rua looked awful against Rogerio Noguiera. I mean Shogun is in his late 30s but walk around like he is 50 from all the wear n tear from battles.  Its good that both Nog brothers are retired now... I believe.  Go become a ref or a judge.  Some of these older fighters should be judging competitions instead of this incompetent people  making bad judging calls.

Should Dan Hardy speak his mind publicly against Herb Dean ?

Predictions: 11 of 15 Winners, 3 Perfect, 690 Points   |   Tied for 1368th

This is a hot topic right now because of some questionable late stoppages by refs even Herb Dean. What do you guys think ?

I thought Herb Dean did a fine job. I am always for Old School MMA rules... let the fight continue to see the warrior spirit and heart of the fighter. Do they have what it takes to comeback ?  I have seen way too many comeback fights that were so AWESOME and that fighter earned my respect and the respect of his peers.

Too many get angry at refs for early stoppages... Some of them are really bad especially in championship fights -- and some fighters like Henry Cejudo found a loophole !!
How to win a championship fight easy ? push your opponent off balance in the clinch and trip them and then rabbit punch them  ( multiple quick punches in a row )  until ref calls the fight.

I saw Henry Cejudo do this many times... and I was like "this is awful. King of Cringe is for real."
Then I thought -- its up to the fighter to prevent sneaky leg sweeps and trips and dirty moves from their opponent.  Just like Yoel Romero vs Costa... he pointed to the ground during the fight and flashed punched Costa. This made Paulo Costa angry and he gave Romero a beating like he never had before...

Is pointing in a direction to distract your opponent dirty  ? Is pushing & tripping your opponent to fall or be in a bad position cheating ?
You decide

I fell asleep and missed the last 4 fights. Kind of annoyed, mainly for the main event. Guess Gustafsson should retire again and stay retired.

Chimaev says "MMA is easy"

Predictions: 11 of 15 Winners, 3 Perfect, 690 Points   |   Tied for 1368th

Chimaev is getting too hyped for fighting journeymen.

Most fighters say "mma is difficult " with weight cutting & dieting.  Some like the competition only  & others like the media stuff more to be a character.   some prefer the training regimes and love that.   But I find it interesting he only fought some journeymen and now he is Khabib 3.0.

Lets see how he does -- throw him in a matchup with a few top 15 fighters who are not a LAST MINUTE REPLACEMENTS.   Lets see if you still talking big !!!

If he gets past Michael Chiesa then he I know he is legit !

Well it's smart from a career perspective. Apparently beating the husk of cerrone virtually guarantees a title shot in 2020.

@detroit I thought Carla won by the way judge usualy score fights because she had like atlest 2 minute of top control per round and she played the game to win the 1st and the 3rd and the secound was 50 50 but she edge it probley. Judge love top control,Blood and ******** takedown at the end of round score the highest

P.s If i was judge i would of score it 29 28 for marina and i hope they give Marina striker next
