@KD  It only looks that way, because of the fact that Roop's cut so much weight.  Roop looks as thin as a twig.  Although, I will say that Mizugaki does look like he added some muscle to his frame.

Roop needs to go up in weight.  It makes no sense for someone who is 6'1" to cut that much for that kind of reach advantage he wants. He is not able to fight effectively.   He needs to at least go back up to featherweight, if not go up to lightweight.
