I really don't like the idea of having 2 separate fights going on at the same time. If I was there live, initially I would think it is an amazing concept, but I imagine that I would soon get tired of hearing half of stadium start to cheer over an amazing move in the kickboxing ring, but I was watching MMA. At times even when it is just 1 fight going on (or any live sporting event) and you blink or get distracted for a second, you could miss a great moment.
I am also curious on how they will broadcast this to people. Will they have a split screen? A constant switch between the two fights? If they have mentioned it, could someone please post a link? Because I haven't heard anything of the sort.
I don't know, to me it seems like a gimmick that will only last 1 event. However, I honestly hope I am wrong here and it turns into something amazing, because Bellator can really put on some good cards, it just seems that they often pull this type of one-hit wonders to try and stay relevant to the casual fan.

But then I also assume that if an organization says a prelim stream will start at 7, it shouldn't start at 6:45 or 7:30, or if you have 6 prelims, you don't stream 4, wait a half hour, televise your main card, then do the two remaining prelims afterward without streaming them. I would hope Coker is trying to fix Bellator, but they still do some stuff that makes me scratch my head.
