Hey guys! Sorry I've been AWOL lately, but I've been really busy! Between getting married, work, and my latest project: the pound for pound podcast! I was lucky enough to befriend Sam Alvey along the ride and he's become my cohost! We just did our first episode together last week. We're going to record once a week and they'll be available via iTunes and spreaker. This week we'll have Benny Dariush stopping by. It would mean a lot to me if you guys would check it out! Btw- I've mentioned Tap to Sam and told him it's the best set of forums online. Hoping he'll stop by!

Not bad.  I particularly like that at 40 minutes, it's easily digestible.  Some podcasts that run for 2 hours + just require too large an investment of time to follow.

New episode! Took a little heat because Sam mentioned he thinks about 90% of the current UFC roster is on PED's. Whoops! Anyways, we'll have Aljamain Sterling on for sure next week and I'm lucky enough that Sam is taking me to his next fight in Nashville. PUMPED!
