1) They're really only going head-to-head with the UFC 180 prelims on FS1, which will likely run from 8 to 10pm.
2) Bellator doesn't need to beat the UFC's ratings; in fact, I've seen several prominent media members suggesting Bellator may be making a good decision to go on the same night as major UFC cards. MMA fans are all over social media (and Tapology) than they would be with a Bellator event alone. Ride the coattails.
