Wow this is horrible. Is powell really the best they could get? I would have had Ford fight Derek Medler (7-0) or Ryan *****on (6-1).

Lee Mein (6-12) vs Tim Hague who lost 3 of his last 4? Mike Hill? The boring dude from TUF that looked horrible.

They didnt sign some of the best talent in canada that arent under contract.

Its good they have Brandt Dewsberry, Josh Machan and Ryan *****on on the card. But if they felt they needed some big named fighters or well known local scene guys, they could have also added

Antonio Carvlho (15-6) Got cut from the UFC after a ******** quick stoppage.

Chris Horodecki (20-4) Im sure most people know him from his days in IFL/WEC

Matt Macgrath (14-8) Beat some UFC guys and lost to some UFC guys

Ryan Machan (21-9) Well known canadian vet who is only 30 and has been fighting for almost a decade.

This these guys they got some great prospects, big known names from top organizations and a few vets that never made the big show but are well known on the canadian scene.

Apparently Steve Bossé received an offer from WSOF and from Bellator to face King Mo in the tournament. Some rumors are also saying he got a call from the UFC for the Quebec City card.
Other rumors are talking about him making a comeback in hockey.

We'll see.. but I think he has a good job now and doesn't have the time necessary to train for a big fight like that.

As far as the card, nothing very exciting imo.

Other than Ford, this card is immensely disappointing. Now hopefully the card they bring to Toronto eventually is much better. I was also hoping Bossé would be included.

Bosse was offered a contract by basically every organization. But he was coming off a big injury at the time. Then said he felt he needed to work on his ground game and was in the process of trying to cut to 185lbs. Havent heard much else from my canadian source about him in a while.

Yup regional titles. I expect central america titles in the future since they have already held 2 events in Nicaragua. Also Japanese titles since they have announced a working relationship with Pancrase.

Ryan *****on I believe is a very under rated mixed martial artist, that being said *****on by sub. Also looking to see Rama do what he does and Id love to see Tim Hauge put to sleep HARD!!!!! Id rather see Hauge vs Rama or Craig Hudson (5 star fight legue HW Champion) I think its a great card because styles and hungry fighters make great fights, big names arent always needed imo
