I don't get why the picks are even more one-sided than they were for Rampage vs Tito.

Because as washed up as he may be, on a given day Tito possesses Rampage's Kryptonite, which is wrestling and top control, so if Rampage hasn't been training his ass off for the fight (which he most likely hasn't) and Tito has (his work ethic is one of the only thing I don't question about him) Tito could've pulled off a top control domination display.

Beltran? Not so much.

I agree completely with Yoss. Tito can pull shockers out and if he gets people down he has good top control.

Rampage's takedown defense may have declined over the years but he could definitely stop a Tito shot. Remember, Rampage's takedown defense in his prime is, in my opinion, the best ever by far.

I don't even really see it as an upset if Beltran wins, at this point in Rampages career, they are about even I think, but Rampage still has more "ways to win" this fight. If hes training as hard as he says he is then this should be a good debut for him, and maybe even the start of nice little run in Bellator.

According to Helwani, the entire premise of the "Rampage 4 Real" program Spike was airing in the lead-up to the Tito fight consisted of Jackson's trainers attempting to get him to go to the gym and train. Not the best sign. And now he thinks he's got a way easier fight.

If it was anyone other than Rampage (I was obsessed with him in high school), I would be picking Beltran, mostly out of spite towards Bellator.

However, I am undefeated (1-0, thank you Emmanuel Newton) in Bellator spite picks

Rampage will gas after the 1st round, and Beltran will turn up the pace, and walk him down for the rest of the fight. Rampage loses another decision...

Anyone else thought about the possibility of the fight being cancel via not making weight? Rampage blows up to like 250 some times if he really not training seriously at all he might not make weight.

they will just make it a HW fight if that happened . Beltran was a HW and I doubt he cares what Rampage weighs as long as he gets paid.

Rampage won't balloon up this time because there is a short turnaround time between this fight and the Tito fight.

If he was in shape for the Tito fight, no problem, much easier to maintain than drop all that weight.

If he was NOT in shape for Tito, he has a few more weeks to prepare.

once upon a time Jackson getting in his opponents face and talking to him like that with the agressive head nodding meant he was going to bring that ass whooping, now, i don´t think it means anything.

Rampage Jackson is a beast. I know he still has it, I just know it.

Just look at the nature of his losses, he was injured in the last two losses and against Glover Teixeira his defense was solid. Rampage still has that sick head movement, those badass blocks and according to him his knees feel good so I think we're gonna see a rejuvenated Rampage. I'm gonna watch the fight.
