I'm all done with Interim titles that nobody defends. So dumb. They don't even have the excuse of making it a 5-rounder since all main events are 5 rounders now.

Lombard did...nothing. He stood their and threw some kicks and some big right hands, which he missed. Boetsch was the aggressor in this fight and obviously the only one in the cage, who wanted to fight.
So the decision is okay.
