Killer on the feet, killer with subs, excellent recovery ability. If he perfected not being punched in the face so much, he would be a SERIOUS threat to the new WW champion, be it Condit or GSP. Would he win? Well he *apparently* has to get through Hendricks first which is an extremely tough test, then he would be a definite underdog against Condit or GSP, but he has a shot!

Jake has some bricks, but securing the TD and doing nothing but crotch sniffing for almost the entire round was the most baffling thing I ever saw.
Love that short shot to the head that had Jake doing the stanky leg.

Martin was waiting for Jake to make a mistake and go for the guillotine. Even though it wasn't the most exciting, I completely understood why Jake didn't do much as he couldn't advance to a decent position. Kampmann's guillotine is nasty.

They gifted Shields that victory and I believe he most certainly won vs. Snachez. He beat Thiago Alves..the man I named my son after..and I still have no hate for the man.
He's spent too many years as the "Gatekeeper" now he wants a piece of the gold! I say, give it to him!
