I've placed it at #1 because of the massive upset which imo is the biggest upset in UFC history because at best people gave Sean only a punchers chance but he dominated a fight which he was supposed to get dominated and beat up. The rest of the card delivered even if it wasn't stacked and the iconic f-bombs made it even better.

The return of the GOAT. Although short, dominant display that will be remembered forever. Also massive call-out after the fact. Other than that, massive co-main upset, return and massive statement by the Nomad. Stacked card overall with good fights and controversy.

Good main event and statement by the p4p #1 champ. Absolute dominance. But it was Whitaker v DDP fight that was the talk of town. With one of the biggest shockers of the year. DDP demolishes the consensus "2nd best MW" Rob Whittaker in style which sets up a controversial post fight presser. Also an emotional night watching the legend Robbie Lawler depart in style.

One of the best and most ironic comebacks in sports, Izzy dispatches long time rival and nemesis who hold victories over him thrice and in 2 different sports with a KO after being dominated throughout the short fight, the opposite of what happened the other 2 times the fight ended in stoppage which makes it so ironic and stylebender a legend of the sport.

One of the best and most skillful displays of competitive MMA ever in the main event that surprised everyone. Who many though would be an easy prey to the scary LW champ did what no LW could do and that was to take Islam into deep waters. The rest of the card was decent. The main card was the highlight.

Best PPV in terms of fights and moments. From the superb headkick KO by Gaethje to win the BMF championship, to Alex Pereira's tough display against a former LHW champ, to Derrick Lewis's iconic fight and post fight presser. The prelims also delivered with prospect Roman Kopylov delivering a KO of the year contender head kick.

UFC's darling Suga Sean's moment of truth. From the pre fight mood to the walkout to the actual fight, everything went as planned for Sean. Brilliant display of striking from Sean and an iconic KO that pushes him closer to superstardom. Also a great night for up and comer Ian Garry.
