Dave "pee-wee" Herman signs with UFC

One of the most talented heavyweights to not be signed by a major promotion, he holds 20 wins, all finishes expect his most recent one sided drubbing of Nakao at SRC soul of fight. Herman will make his promotional dabuet at ufc 131 against Rob Broughton. I think Herman will be pushed hard early in the UFC and will reach the upper echelons of the division by the end of the year. He has a lot of hype fighting has-beens and not-enoughs in Japan, but his upside and size outweigh most of that. His heavy hands and rounded ground game make him a formidable opponent for anyone.

its an interesting thought as to how high he'll be able to climb.i dont see him being one of the top guys but will probably have some fun fights.

Great Addition to throw in to mix with the rest of Heavyweight Division.

This is great, i'm excited to see Herman in the UFC. He should destroy Broughton I think. I have a conspiracy theory that they brought Broughton into the ufc in order to lose to Queiroz, who seemed like an awesome prospect. But with the upset in that fight, they had to keep him around, I think Herman will tool Broughton.

I love Pee Wee but to make any impact in the UFC I think he is going to have to drop to light heavyweight. He is too small to succeed against the likes of Carwin, Lesnar, and the other giants in the UFC heavyweight division.
