Well... all 3 are good on its own aspect

Depends on whats ur preference. 

If u like mind over body. Its bjj.
If u like force. Its muaythai.
If u like sleek standup. Its boxing.

If there is an affiliate of a well known instructor, (e.g. Andre Galvao), I would choose Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  If you do choose Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, try to find a school that focuses on teaching traditional BJJ in the gi.
