It is really amazing he isn't gone. 5 decision losses in a row, his last win was at 205 against Razak Al-Hassan in 2008!!

They should have fed him to Mayhem.

I'm really upset that they released Mackens. He is far more entertaining than most of the guys they keep around because "they come to war" as Lorenzo said. Why cut a guy who has never had a boring fight after 1 loss, and who holds a win over 1-4 Bruce Leroy, who still has a job. This is why Bellator is more entertaining than the UFC. They know if they put on a show they'll be back. Dana says it's the same way in the UFC, but it's not. Semerzier is on a 1 fight losing streak, every fight he's had in the UFC has been great, but he gets cut anyways. I hope Bellator picks him up and treats him as a fighter that awesome deserves.

Im with Mino here, Semerzier is far more exciting than Cantwell, Rothwell, Caceres, Hardy, and countless others that are on or were on massive losing streaks.

The biggest one I was confused about dropping was Gerald Harris after one loss. One of the most confusing cuts ever with him having all finishes while he was in the UFC. I'm actually surprised Tyson Griffin is still around after coming overweight against Bart Palaszewski and atm going 1-4 in his last 5.

Yeah, I disagreed with cutting Gerald Harris. Also, Ben Saunders was a weird cut. He stepped up on short notice to fight Jon Fitch. Usually that earns you a little leeway.

Edit: I forgot he also lost to Hallman after that, but still, he's an exciting fighter, and that's only 2 in a row.

Mackens is out now? Lame. And as a few have said, Steve Cantwell still being here is ridiculous. The only reason I could see them keeping Cantwell is to get the all time record for most UFC losses (which I believe is 10 if I recall right) lol. Either way, why's he still here?

I think Cantwell should be cut like asap ... ***.
I think Rothwell should be cut after his loss to Schaub:)

Im happy Hardy gets his one last chance at staying if he wins against Ludwig. Hardy might not be the best MIXED MARTIAL ARTIST but he can make exciting fights with a striker. I know its MMA but Hardy can be very entertaining to watch.

Gerald Harris being cut confused the **** out of me and still to this day I do not like it.

I disagree completely about cutting Mackens and I dont get why the hell they would do that ....

Mackens in Bellator would be pretty awesome. I like watching him fight. I still didn't get why Assuncao got cut either, i didn't think he deserved that.

I heard Assuncao put on a boring fight but regardless, I don't think that's a good reason to cut him. Mackens was damn exciting and I hope he makes it back.
