just changed it to gonzaga. i think he really wants back into the UFC. i think he is a tougher fighter b/c of that fight with randy. older and wiser.

Oliveira trains with dos santos and is undefeated... Gonzaga loses too much and his chin is suuuussssspeccttt. Enough for me.

i doubt this guy can hit as hard as carwin or have a better chin than carwin. gonzaga had carwin rocked before he got hit. i say gonzaga gets a two punch combo for the knockout.

thats true .....but gonzaga was finished by fabricio in tko fashion not once but twice.... if you watch oliveria hes very similar to werdum....this is why oliveria will get full mount and dominate the match.... so this is why gonzaga will lose

If anyone has seen some of oliveira's fights you would quickly change your pick....because I did... His last fight was against a guy that was on his debut which means it was his 1st fight (0-0).... Go look at some of his fights on youtube.

If the Geronimo dos Santos fight on YT is a decent skill indicator, I feel pretty confident in Gonzaga.

Prediction: correct Gonzaga wrong Decision

I'm giving the edge to Gonzaga for a couple reasons. First of all, I'm assuming that he will use his jiu jistu now that he's back after an unsuccessful first run int he UFC. Another advantage he has is 20 pounds, which could certainly help in bringing it to the ground. Finally, I hate to pick heavyweights in their UFC debut, the adrenaline dump only adds to cardio problems that most, if not all heavyweights face. Also Gonzaga is the man.

God I've changed my pick on this fight twenty times already. I can't get over how poor Gonz looked in his last three losses. His last win was against a dude whose wins are against 0-10, 0-1, 13-9, 5-7, and 8-2 fighters AND the fight went to the third round. Think I'm gonna flip a coin on this one...either way it's ending in the 1st.

I switched back to Gonzaga, despite the fact that I believe his best days are far behind him. Oliveira may train with JDS, but that doesn't mean he is JDS.

Did Oliveira seriously weigh in at 229? I'm definitely not picking a 6'7, 229 pound HW, reminiscent of Corey Hill.
