I haven't watched MMA podcasts in quite a while, everything started feeling repetitive. But my favorites were: Jack Slack(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2i7H-EzzpQLeaj3Qplatjw), Dan Hardy (https://www.youtube.com/c/FullReptile), and The Weasle https://www.youtube.com/user/TheWeasle17 (although I feel like the guy sold out and his breakdowns and analysis isn't quite what it used to be).
Other ones I enjoyed are: Ariel Helwani (https://www.youtube.com/c/ArielHelwani), HeavyHands (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8uiE3gzYRYXWOM1aBTmORw), Anik and Florian (https://www.youtube.com/c/AnikFlorianPodcast), and Luke Thomas (https://www.youtube.com/c/LukeThomas).
If I were to recommend anyone from there to check out I'd say Jack Slack, Dan Hardy and Ariel's channels. Luke Thomas I feel like can be underrated because I think he will sometimes try to think outside the box, or at least try to bring a different perspective into certain topics which makes things interesting. I think I disagree with him on quite a lot of things, but I always used to listen to his stuff from time to time because even when I think he's wrong, he usually can make a good point.
