Dawodu got wrestle ****** by Movsar Evloev (#13) at UFC 263. He couldn't match the elite wrestling level of the Caucus bred Russian. Dawodu  is still a young and talented striker so WHO WILL HE FIGHT NEXT?
1. Cub Swanson (#18) - Cub is a big name, 21-fight UFC veteran. He is 50/50 in the promotion, coming from a liver-kick KO loss to Giga (#10) last month. They are side-by-side in the Tapology Top 20, #18 vs #19. It's a fan friendly matchup to see if Hakeem can return to the top of the division. Cub has wrestling but not at the level of Movsar, so it will definitely be an easier matchup for Dawodu.

2. Gavin Tucker (#33) - Canadian vs Canadian. Their records are nearly identical: 12-2 (Dawodu) vs 13-2 (Tucker). They both are energetic strikers, making this a strikers delight. Expect a KO or a war in this one. Definitely a fight to make.

3. Lando Vannata (#37) - 29 year old vs 29 year old. Vannata is an eclectic mixed-martial artist who showed his well rounded game versus Mike Grundy (#48) last month. Dawodu should beat Vannata but Vannata has the skill to deal with anyone in the middle of the division. It's evenly matched, and anything could happen but most likely they fight to a decision.
