Im seperating womens divisions from mens but you can merge them if you want

2. FW dynamic fairly deep
3. WW deep better range of fighters height, reach, speed, power, etc
4. MW fairly deep most have power some speed normal weight for man
5. BW weird mix of extreme weight cutters and dwarfs often fast and fun "Phantom Weight"
6. LHW seems shallow but some of best fights also worst 10 years ago I'd have ranked higher.
7. HW ok so its mostly big ko no cardio clods but can be fun.
8. Fly they're fast little else to say often spastic groping with comically fast and ineffective striking.
9. Wmma as the kids say its whatever.
I'm all for more and natural weight classes by the way 165 etc and super heavy lol.

LW + WW - depth, talent, marketability, rarely lacking in good matchups
HW - obvious reasons, higher risk = higher entertainment value
MW + FW - same qualities as LW/WW but lacking the depth
LHW - only sucks right now because it's been cleaned out, could get exciting again if JJ leaves or gets beat
FLW - hope the UFC doesn't cut the division, but gotta admit it's not lookin' too good
WSW - most depth and tons of marketable fights
WFLW - seems to be getting better, but still pretty new so we'll see
WBW - not growing enough imo, plus Nunes has it cleaned out
WFW - this shouldn't even be a division.
