predictable but im gonna go with Hughes RNC on Trigg at ufc 52........pretty epic considering what happened beforehand!

I also liked the sub when Fedor is in Coleman's guard and then transitions to an armbar.

@p4pgoat, that Dustin Hazelett submission is one of my favorites of all time as well. Outside of Mir, he my favorite to watch in terms on "jiu-jitsu".  I really hope that he makes it back to the UFC, he pulls off some slick moves. I know that his stand-up isn't quite up to par, but is ground game is world class.

Quite a few.

Brock Lesnar's Arm Triangle against Shane Carwin because it was so ridiculously unexpected. 

All of Valentijn Overeem's tapouts to strikes. 

Any fight that ends with a Diaz on his back with his hands in the air as the other man is falling asleep.
