I am always seeing different types of pictures on twitter of fighters and stuff so I thought I would start a thread where we could put them.
Here's one of the UFC press conference setup, pretty interesting place to do a press conference!

Edit: Also, I can see in the first picture, that you're overthinking the sauce as well. The stripe is good, but you don't need the extra drops elsewhere on the plate. Overcomplicating a presentation is something that's easy to do.
