Just realized that it's only 1 site that has the different odds. Maybe they know something about 1 of the fighters?

Yup that's what bestfightodds does... they list all the major sportsbooks so that you can line shop and pick the ones you like. Of course, you would need to have accounts at every one of the sportsbooks in order to fully take advantage, so it's really only useful for very serious MMA bettors.
