Prospect Grand Prix 2018 Sign Ups

Draft:

-It will be a snake style draft 
-you will draft 6 prospects to your team
-Every weight class is available
-anyone outside the UFC is available but current and former Bellator champions aren't available. 
-you have 8 hours to make your draft pick
-if you are to miss your pick, you will have to wait till it comes back around to you and you will make 2 picks. If you were to miss 3 picks in a row I will remove you from the game.

Scoring:
-prospect wins a fight= 5 points
-prospect loses a fight= -5points
-beat another competitiors prospect= 10 points
-lose to another competitors prospect= -10 points 
-sign with the UFC= 25 points
-win UFC debut= 25 points
-lose UFC debut= -10 points

Gameplay:
-Highest score at the end of the year wins
-Can't drop and add another fighter until they are on a 2 fight losing skid
-once your fighter makes it to the UFC and makes his debut you will take another prospect

How about the 20th?

The starting date isn't that big of a deal - it shouldn't keep you from making picks. If you know ahead of time that you might not be around to make picks, you can send in a list of picks early to mmawizzard (unless he's not doing that this time around).

And, with a bunch of people signed up, the draft will take a long time - it might take around 2 days now to clear one round.

we will probably end up with 12-13 after some guys does not make pick but even with it, its more then last season! This game is growing :)

Just so everyone knows the draft will be December 20th.

I must inquire about the specifics of this competition. Namely, several veterans of the UFC were chosen in your most recent draft. The likes of Phil Davis and Daron Cruickshank are ill-suited to this venture, and past the point of making an honest debut, thus I would rule them ineligible. Do you agree? 

They does not bring much point, they are stick in bellator and the best way to get point is being signed by UFC and win UFC debut! Things that never happen to them!

@Ben Kenobi I'll still leave them eligible to be chosen. The big goal is to pick fighters who will sign to the UFC and picking guys like Cruickshank, Davis, Budd, Bader, etc. are not gonna win you the game, sure they will get you 5 points here and there but if you pick someone who signs with UFC and they win their debut that's 50 points. So I don't look for people to pick Bellator who is with them long term like they did this year cause it really bit them in the ass. I will though leave that up to everyone if they wanna draft them guys or not so they can make that mistake haha.
