Yeah man, I got away with it. Been raining heavily the last week in Brisbane but the rest of the country is still affected. It's like a steam oven today...but I'll take it all day long over burning to death thank you ladies and gents. I live reasonably close to the coast so I'd have a pretty good shot at escaping....it's really people inland that must be ****ting a brick. Victoria, SA, and non-coastal NSW. Zuli lives in my neck of the woods so he'd be alright too, Gator on the other hand I don't know, I haven't seen him post since this stared so I hope he's alright being in SA.
Apparently we had a bunch of firefighters from France fly in to help and they basically couldn't believe what they were seeing...had never seen anything like it. But yeah America, Canada and a few other countries have sent in firefighting teams to help which has made a difference.

Good God. A suana like steam oven. That would be miserable. But better than others have it. Reminds me of my Gma, she always says that "there's ALWAYS someone that has it worse off than you."
I just thank God, you guys are safe... I'd be ****ting a ******* cinder block instead of just a brick if I had to worry about wildfire blazing outta control near my hometown. I just can't even imagine. I don't even know, are wildfires **** you guys gotta worry about there?
Oooh man. Now that you mention Gator... I'm not sure if I've seen ANY activity from him. But I also miss alotta ****.

Other than that, I only worry about storms wrecking **** and the dog getting bitten by a snake. But not so much storms, I've got insurance for that. Antivenine is still expensive AF even with pet insurance and it doesn't always work. I live semi-rural so I get quite a lot of them, and the dryer it is, the more they like it.
