Prediction: correct Gillespie   correct Decision  

Possibly a rougher fight for Gillespie, Franca is huge for lightweight.

Grammer OCD aside, glad to see Gillespie finally got into the UFC!  I can see him doing great things at Lightweight!

not super impressed with gillespie's resume, gotta take the more proven fighter.

Prediction: wrong França   wrong Submission   wrong Round 1  

Gillespie might have a higher ceiling with his wrestling pedigree but he is just so undersized compared to Franca, 5'9 against 6'2. Heights don't make fights but Franca has some slick jitz and being the bigger guy with a slick ground game I think he ends this fight or gets the first two rounds and wins.
