The champ takes the decision. Rockhold is a tough dude, but he's not tougher tham Mayhem or Kennedy.....Souza was able to decision both of them.

It's not luck .. It's reality .. have u seen him train or spar at AKA .. I have and the guy is a BEAST .. he even goes toe to toe with Cain Velasquez who is a heavy weight .. I will Guarantee u Lukerock Hold will win by KO or a clear Unanimous decision :) can't wait lol so excited

I haven't seen him train...I have seen him fight and he is terribly outmatched at his strength(the groundgame) in this fight.

I think he is a bright prospect at MW but Jacare is too much of a step up too soon imo. I mean...Paul Bradley to Jacare?!

he is an amazingly talented striker .. I am telling u .. u have not seen him spar or train at AKA .. I have and I would say he is one of the best in there . if not the BEST .. just undiscovered talent that people are counting out against paper chin Jacare .. and his wrestling is outstanding .. trust me .. if anything Luke will take down Jacare .. this fight will stay standing and Luke Rockhold will KO him .. no doubt in my mind .. soo excited for this event lol can't wait :)

Aside from a flash KO, I don't see Rockhold standing a chance in this one. Rockhold is only a brown belt in BJJ, whereas Souza is a very high level black belt. Also, after watching Souza's bout against Tim Kennedy, it's clear that Souza's striking has improved considerably. I would argue that it appears to be more crisp than Rockhold's, at least in comparison to Rockhold's victory over Bradley. Rockhold showed good timing with his shots, but his hands appeared to be slow, sloppy, and loopy. I don't think Souza will encounter any problem when he squares of with Rockhold and takes him down.
