I say Elkins because Nunes is a young gun and I think it would be better to weed out the gatekeepers (sorry Darren) rather than match him up with Poirier or Zhang. Also they usually like to match up someone coming off of a loss with another recent loser so that throws a monkey wrench into the plans as all of the above have won their most recent bout except Hominick. I think Hominick is too steep a test at this point plus he's probably not in a big hurry to return. With Elkins, it gives both a chance to shine: Elkins won a very controversial decision over a ranked opponent but isn't being given much credit and Nunes is being hated on by the anti-TUFfers who will always overrate anyone who beats an ex-TUFfer and underrate anyone who loses to the same.

Lamas might be the best pick Kallous as he's just dropping down from LW and only has 1 win at FW.

I don't care who he faces. I think he'll win. It's too bad Manny is out. I was pumped for that fight.

Swanson's hurt right now. I like the Hominick fight.

Nunes and Hominick makes sense since they are both coming off losses to top ranked guys. Also, it could be a slugfest!

@dolphin.  I'd rather see Hominick vs Korean Zombie at UFC 140 than Hominick vs Nunes

That would be a good fight, but I think Hominick will pick apart KZ. Nunes is a better technical striker. I think it would be a better match. But KZ does alway put on a show!

Garza has looked great and I want to see him again soon, any fight with Nunes will be exciting.
