12 hours limit on picks - if you con't pick within the 12 hour limit you miss your go to the next guy and get placed after him for that (round only - next round continues in the original order).
Official draft clock starts at 9:00 AM ET (since Tapology's on ET) or at the time of 1st pick (which ever comes first), according to mmawizzard's profile page he's from Kentucky, it'll be 09:00 AM there too (according to timeanddate.com), so I think that'll give him enough time to go.
