I learnt how to play Texas Holdem last year and have been on-and-off grinding PokerStars microstakes SNGs since then. Any other poker players on Tapology?

If so we could create a Tapology Home Game on PokerStars. Since most people here are from the US, we wouldn't be able to play for real money due to the online ban in the US, but there's always play money... Anyone interested?

Yeah, I knew the poker boom started in the US with that Moneymaker WSOP victory, but I didn't start watching poker till I started playing last year. Not sure when it became popular in the UK. WSOP this year aired live online I believe? I didn't watch any of it, but there's a YouTube channel with clips on, which looks like it might be it. They don't show hole cards though because it was aired live.

I got into Poker in my college years (around 7 years ago I guess) and play on and off. Though I never really do real money.

I'm not huge into online poker, but love playing poker! When I was living in Vegas I was about to sign up for the Casino workers WSOP event, but moved about 2 months before the event

@thiagosilva no sir I do not. I'm not good at poker so I'm not dumb enough to play at a table he's at. I've witnessed the skill though. The only way anyone is going to beat him is if they get lucky. If it weren't for luck he'd win everytime.

I've never played live. Only ever played on PokerStars. I do well in microstakes SNG tournaments. I made the minimum deposit of £10 and am gradually moving up in stakes, learning the game. I've only really played SNGs and don't know much about cash games.

I've accepted you both. Didn't know I had to do that. I don't know anything about these Home Games... never used it before. I know you can use Play Money though. There's the option of creating both tournaments and regular cash games.

That US ban sucks. I haven't read much about it, but hopefully it's over soon. I did read that 1/3 of all players on PokerStars were from the US, so they've taken quite a hit.
